We are looking for 1-2 Scrum Masters to drive end-to-end application retirement and decommissioning workstreams across the portfolio. Candidates will manage multiple parallel workstreams, requiring strong dependency management and coordination across app owners, infrastructure teams, finance, and governance stakeholders. The environment utilizes a hybrid of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the majority of the tracking and execution done in JIRA. This is a straightforward execution role focused specifically on managing Ascension-side responsibilities.
We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master to manage the application retirement and decommissioning workstreams end-to-end, including coordination across application owners, infrastructure teams, finance, and governance stakeholders. Given the scale of the program, we expect to execute multiple workstreams in parallel and will likely require multiple Scrum Masters to effectively manage dependencies and drive execution across the portfolio. You will guide a specialized team of Data Modelers and Business Analysts through the design phase and lead the execution of the delivery phase. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex dependencies are tracked, managed, and delivered on schedule.
