Supporting the development and administration of enterprise GIS applications, the full-time GIS Developer will focus on ArcGIS Enterprise environments, developing web applications, dashboards, and data products while ensuring the stability and performance of GIS infrastructure, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Key responsibilities Review and guide enterprise GIS system architecture, ensuring best practices for performance, scalability, and security Develop and maintain web-based GIS applications and solutions within the Esri ecosystem, including JavaScript applications Monitor system health and troubleshoot complex technical issues across enterprise GIS infrastructure Required qualifications Master's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, or a related field 2 years of experience deploying and administering Esri Enterprise software (ArcGIS Enterprise or equivalent) Strong understanding of ArcGIS Enterprise architecture (Portal, Server, Data Store, Web Adaptor) Experience with web technologies, including JavaScript and related frameworks for GIS applications Active TS and U.S. citizenship required
