We're hiring full-time Fence Installers to join our crew. This is a hands-on, outdoors role for someone who likes building things, taking pride in their work, and seeing a finished project at the end of the day. You'll be on a 2-3 person crew installing wood, wrought iron, chain link, and pipe fencing for homeowners and businesses. We supply the truck, tools, and materials - you bring the work ethic. This is a high-growth opportunity. Our top installers move up to crew lead within 12-18 months. Dig post holes (auger or hand-dig) and set posts in concrete Build and install fence panels - wood, ornamental iron, chain link Hang gates and install hardware Load and unload materials at the warehouse and on-site Maintain tools, equipment, and the company truck Communicate with the crew lead and homeowners on-site Clean up the job site at the end of each day Reliable transportation to our yard each morning Valid driver's license Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather Comfortable using power tools (drills, saws, augers) Positive attitude - we're a small team and culture matters Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required Fence or construction experience preferred but not required for the right person Weekly pay, direct deposit Overtime available for installers willing to put in the hours Paid holidays Tools and PPE provided Clear path to crew lead within a year Friday-afternoon early outs when projects wrap clean #J-18808-Ljbffr
