This position is for an Anesthesia Technician. The shift is from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday to Friday. Candidates must be flexible to changing staff needs, including weekends if required. The role requires assisting anesthesia providers in critical situations. Experience with anesthesia machines and the ability to troubleshoot them is essential. Candidates should have skills in arterial and venous blood draw techniques. Additional skills required include patient transport and operating room safety. Familiarity with various surgical procedures and equipment is expected. Knowledge of infection control protocols is crucial. Experience with charting in an electronic health records system is necessary. A strong understanding of patient safety and care protocols is essential.
